Attorney Greg D. McCormack |
Greg D. McCormack has extensive experience in trial litigation in Virginia courts since 1982. He is a former member of the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, developing his litigation skills in uniform first as a military prosecutor and then as a defense counsel from 1979-1982. Since leaving active duty with the Army in 1982, Greg McCormack’s practice has focused on representing and assisting military personnel and their dependents in legal matters in our local community. Mr. McCormack is a graduate of Western New England College School of Law (J.D. 1979) and Jacksonville University (B.S. 1975) and is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealths of Virginia (1980) and Massachusetts (1979 inactive) as well as all Military Appellate Courts, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Supreme Court. |
Attorney Jarrett L. McCormack |
Jarrett L. McCormack is a graduate of Western New England College School of Law and Old Dominion University, and is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Jarrett had worked in a law clerk capacity for the Law Firm of Greg D. McCormack for ten years prior to becoming licensed by the Virginia State Bar, assisting with the preparation of numerous litigation cases for trial. In addition, Jarrett served as an intern with the U.S. Navy JAG Corps, during which time he actively assisted both the Legal Assistance and defense departments at NLSO MIDLANT. Jarrett represents clients in our local state and federal courts on personal injury cases, as well as criminal, traffic, and military law cases. |
